Reservations

Placing a reservation puts a hold on an item; it is not a completed sale and no payment is taken online. We confirm availability by email. Holds may expire if not confirmed within a reasonable window.

Payment

We accept cash on pickup, Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal. We do not process cards on this site and store no card data. Deposits, when agreed, are arranged directly.

Pickup & shipping

Guitars, amplifiers, and cabinets are local pickup only in Lynden and Whatcom County. Smaller items — pickguards, wired harnesses, pickups, and tone plugs — can be shipped at the buyer's cost.

Service work

Bench work is quoted up front and the estimate is free. Hourly luthier work runs two to five hours at a rate agreed per project. We do not perform refrets. Custom builds are priced on parts plus labor with a timeline based on sourcing, and carry no fixed deadline.

Trades

We welcome trades at like value, heads and cabs included. Trade terms are agreed in writing before pickup.
