What we collect
When you create an account we store your username, email address, and a securely hashed password (Argon2id — we never store your password in readable form). If you reserve an item or book service, we store the details of that request so we can fulfill it.
Social sign-in
If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Microsoft, we receive your name and email address from that provider to create or match your account. We do not receive or store your password for those services, and we request only the minimum profile and email scopes.
Payments
We do not process online payments and we never collect or store credit or debit card numbers. Transactions are settled in cash on local pickup, or by your chosen handle (Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal) directly between you and us.
We use your email to confirm reservations and bookings, send account and security messages, and reply to your inquiries. We do not sell your information. If you opt into a newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

You can update or delete your account, and request removal of your data, by contacting us at dstjohn@stjohnguitars.com.
